Weszło w życie Rozporządzenie Rady Ministrów z dnia 29 grudnia 2022 r. w sprawie stawek dopłat do 1 ha powierzchni gruntów ornych obsianych lub obsadzonych materiałem siewnym kategorii elitarny lub kwalifikowany. Jakie będą dopłaty do kwalifikowanych sadzeniaków?
Stawka dopłat w zależności od metody wytworzenia materiału siewnego (konwencjonalna lub ekologiczna) rożni się o 20%.
Stawki dopłat do 1 ha powierzchni gruntów ornych obsianych lub obsadzonych materiałem siewnym kategorii elitarny lub kwalifikowany za rok 2022 wynoszą:
- 350 zł – w przypadku ziemniaków konwencjonalnych
- 420 zł – w przypadku ziemniaków ekologicznych
Poznajmy także pozostałe stawki dopłat do 1 ha powierzchni gruntów ornych obsianych lub obsadzonych materiałem siewnym kategorii elitarny lub kwalifikowany.
Za 2022 rok w przypadku wykorzystania materiału konwencjonalnego stawki wynoszą:
- 65 zł – w przypadku zbóż i mieszanek zbożowych lub mieszanek pastewnych
- 115 zł – w przypadku roślin strączkowych;
Stawka dopłaty do 1 ha powierzchni gruntów ornych obsianych lub obsadzonych ekologicznym materiałem siewnym kategorii elitarny lub kwalifikowany wynosi:
- 78 zł – w przypadku zbóż i mieszanek zbożowych lub mieszanek pastewnych;
- 138 zł – w przypadku roślin strączkowych;
Każdy producent rolny może ubiegać się o dopłaty z tytułu zużytego do siewu lub sadzenia materiał siewnego kategorii elita lub kwalifikant pod warunkiem, że posiada działki rolne, na których uprawia się gatunki roślin objęte dopłatami o łącznej powierzchni nie mniejszej niż 1 ha.
Minimalna ilość materiału siewnego jaka powinna być użyta do obsiania lub obsadzenia 1 ha powierzchni gruntów ornych, określona jest przez odpowiednie rozporządzenie.
